Litigation Associate Attorney
We are seeking a highly-skilled litigation associate. Candidates must be results-oriented, have excellent research, writing, analytical skills, and work well within a team. Minimum 4 years experience in litigation required, (6-8 preferred). Trial experience also preferred. Medical/ vision/ dental benefits available. Salary competitive and commensurate with experience.

Real Estate Paralegal
We are seeking a real estate paralegal with at least 2 years of experience in residential real estate financing transactions with specific knowledge of lender document preparation.
Required: The real estate paralegal will have an understanding of the preparation of closing disclosures and loan documentation for residential transactions (including 1-4 family dwellings), condos, and coops; knowledge of the documentation for a CEMA. Reviewing title, insurance, loan collateral, and any additional requirements to ensure clearance to close is a must.
