Partner – Mark A. Villa

Mark A. Villa is a partner at Menicucci Villa Panzella Calcagno PLLC, and handles a wide scope of real estate matters, including commercial and residential real estate transactions, refinance closings, short sales, construction and development law, trusts and estate and social security disability cases. Mr. Villa is licensed to practice law in all courts of the State of New York, and is also admitted in United States District Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mr. Villa is a recognized authority on both real estate and trust and estate matters. He has been invited to serve as a guest lecturer on estate issues before several organizations, including the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) and Staten Island University Hospital. Mr. Villa has been a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, and Richmond County Bar Association.

Mr. Villa is a graduate of St. John’s University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, was a member of the National Honor Society in Economics (Omicron Delta Epsilon) and graduated cum laude. Mr. Villa also graduated from the St. John’s University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Villa’s auspicious career included almost 10 years of solo practice, preceded by his role as a partner in the firm of Vittorioso, Villa and Meltzer. Prior to that, Mr. Villa worked for the esteemed jurist, Supreme Court Justice Anthony I. Giacobbe (retired), in private practice, handling cases in such areas as real estate, criminal, matrimonial, and negligence litigation.
